Group rules, policies and procedures: this applies to all members of Love & Wood Wholesale only. If you wish to purchase from this business you must abide by the terms below.  If you do not abide by the following guidelines you will be immediately banned and blocked.

Love & Wood Wholesale LLC provides custom handcrafted laser made products. Each piece of wood/material used is unique. No 2 pieces will ever be the exact. The wood grains vary. This will cause natural imperfections, knots, voids, different patterns, darker/lighter shades on the wood. We do not try to hide, alter or remove any natural imperfections from wood. Products WILL contain natural imperfections that can not be avoided when using REAL wood and not MDF or other man-made materials.

➖ Our turn around time (TAT) is 15 business days. Any post that states a shorter or longer business day TAT is invalid! TAT does not include weekends, holidays, or scheduled closings. Please see the shipping calendar pinned at the top of the group or you may also click here to view it! This will tell you exactly when your order will ship by!

 

➖ DO not message me asking for order updates, shipping updates, tracking information, etc if it has not passed TAT time. Please check your email, or PayPal to find the tracking info.

 

🚨 DO NOT comment order updates, what is tat on any post, or issues with orders, etc. This information is PINNED AT THE TOP.

 

🚨  All tracking is sent via email. You may also see all of your purchase history and tracking by going to the website and clicking the person icon at the top right hand corner of the page! From there you can see all of your orders!

 

🛑 DO NOT for any reason whatsoever email me! I do NOT check my emails in regards to orders! PLEASE use messenger to communicate with me! This is also stated in the terms and conditions section of the website!

 

🛑 SUSPENSION: Members who break a rule will be suspended for 24 hours. If a member breaks a rule 3x they will be permanently banned from the group.

* CLOSED- Saturday and Sunday

* errors made during production such as misspelling, colors, etc will be remade and shipped out within 5 business days.

 

** You MUST purchase route protection during checkout for any orders lost, stolen or Damaged in transit. Once your claim has been submitted and approved Route will handle the claim. 🫶🏻

 

🛑 if you do NOT purchase route protection with your order You will NOT receive a replacement, refund, or store credit for any items that arrive damaged, lost or otherwise.

 

➖ COMBINED SHIPPING: policy in affect as of 7/2/2023.

 

🚨 ALL orders will be charged the appropriate shipping cost. Regardless if you place multiple orders. My system automatically combines orders that are placed within 3 days apart. If your order isn’t automatically combined I will NOT manually do it. They will ship as separate orders as they were placed. Shipping charges are not refunded but store credits will be given for shipping overage charges of $5 or more.

YOU must add this product service to each drop ship order when checking out. If this option is NOT selected your order will not be treated as a DS order and my business name and information will be on the package and a packing slip will be placed in the box!

🔴 my photos are not allowed to be used on any platform that does not belong to or ran by you! You may only use my photos in groups, pages, websites that are ran by you. If you are caught using any of my photos in business groups, rep groups, selling groups, etc that you do not admin, moderate, or have any kind of ownership or management of you will be banned and blocked! You may take your own photos and post them!! I do not require you to watermark photos however I do highly recommend it!

I am a very understanding and a reasonable person. However, I constantly have 300+ orders. With 3 lasers running, employees to manage, orders to be filled, designs to be made, etc.

 

❌ I also have a large clientele who I work with on a daily basis. I have franchisees and my corporate clients who place bulk orders all year long. My business is not solely based on orders from this group or any group on this platform.

 

🔴  I WILL BLOCK AND BAN people who are constantly not following these terms and policies.

 

As a business owner I am required to maintain my business by being professional and providing the best service possible. This is also your responsibility as a business owner. I am running a successful business and I will not tolerate any kind of harassment or abuse from anyone. If you are unhappy with any of the above policies then please feel free to remove yourself from the group. I will not bend or break any boundaries as stated above.
